The South Indian breakfast was generous and tasty, and the owner, who lives downstairs, was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Fort Kochi Beach and the Chinese Fishing Nets are about a 10-minute walk away. There's no lunch or dinner at the homestay, though Swiggy can deliver from nearby places and plates and cutlery are available. One drawback: breakfast doesn't start before 8.15 am, so it won't be available if you're leaving early.

We had no significant problems at this homestay. The place is modern and well designed, the staff are very nice, and the prices are reasonable and competitive. Just be aware that the heat, sun, and unreliable electricity can affect your comfort. Indian standards may not be as efficient as Western ones.

A neat, tidy, and affordable spot for an overnight stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities, plus there's a kitchen where you can quickly make tea or boil milk for your child. The caretaker was friendly and courteous, and I had a nice stay.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. Everything was very clean, including the toilet, and there was hot and cold water around the clock. A few more hangers and a rack for toiletries would have helped.

Most Fort Kochi sights are within 1-2km, and the staff are helpful and courteous. They can also help arrange bikes or scooters for sightseeing. A beautiful place to stay.
