OYO 10320 Sophiya Suites

The mattresses were fantastic, soft and supportive, and I slept better than I have in many brand-new hotels. The room was quiet too, with little hallway noise, so it was easy to fall asleep. The bedding and décor let the place down. My sheets had visible holes and felt threadbare, and didn’t seem hygienic by modern standards. I wouldn’t be comfortable using them again without them being replaced. The room also felt dated, with faded wallpaper, scuffed furniture, and a generally tired look that came across as neglect rather than charm. Sophiya Suites has potential, especially with beds this comfortable. The linens need replacing and the rooms need a refresh, including fresh paint, updated furniture, and repairs to scuffs. Bedding should also be checked regularly for wear. If you care most about a comfortable mattress and are a light sleeper, you may still rest well here. If crisp, spotless bedding and modern décor matter to you, you may want to wait until the renovation.

A neat, clean stay that worked well for family and friends. We had an excellent time.

One of the better affordable places to stay in Kalamassery. The rooms are spacious, hygienic, and well maintained, with the essential amenities at a budget-friendly price. The staff were especially kind and cooperative, and their hospitality made the stay comfortable and pleasant.

We spent three days here as a family. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the service and facilities felt good for what we paid. The staff were polite and the place was well kept. Having a fridge and kettle in the room was handy. This works especially well if you have a vehicle. They don't serve food, but Swiggy can deliver in about 30 minutes, and there's a separate dining space.
