The room cost 2300, and I wouldn't say it was worth that at all. I was relieved to get a room at the last minute, but the bedding was soiled, the toilets were ghastly, mosquitoes were everywhere and kept biting me while I slept, and I suspect there may have been bed bugs. The air felt suffocating too. When I checked out, I told the manager about it. He took 200 off, then aggressively promised he would publicly refute any bad review. I've seen him tell other reviewers he can't find a booking under their names, but I really did stay there, and I won't forget it. Avoid.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were about as friendly as you could hope for. Rooms were clean, with fresh towels and everything I needed. The location was perfect too. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Kochi.

The people managing the place were really nice, and it's on a quiet road with a small parking area outside for cars. The location is excellent and the rooms are budget friendly. My room itself was only average, though: the paint was peeling, the walls were pretty dirty, there was no TV, and the bedspread was dirty until I asked for a replacement. The bathroom was clean, but there were insects in it, which scared the kids.

We were a group of women and felt safe and secure here. The rooms were neat and clean, and the beach is less than 300 metres away. It was a really good stay, with a very convenient location.
