We spent the Independence day long weekend here with friends and my pet dog. Mr. Achu Lal and his team handled every request with a smile and were excellent throughout. The secluded, green, peaceful location was superb, and the service is what you'd expect at any other Taj property. For a quiet holiday with truly great home cooked meals made to your choice, arma properties is hard to beat.

The food was really amazing, and the place made our day. Really loved it. One thing, though, the staff couldn't understand anything other than Malayalam.

Jackson, the caretaker and chef, was amazing. He got in touch before we arrived to ask what meals we preferred, then made delicious food throughout our stay. We mostly ate local Kerala dishes, with some North Indian and Chinese too, and the breakfasts were the best. Two women also helped clean and keep everything tidy. We loved the clean, well-designed house on a coffee estate / farm in the Wayanad district. Each bedroom opens onto the long balcony, and leaving the windows open gave the rooms a nice indoor / outdoor feel. It was our first time booking with Ama Stays, and a great experience. We'll definitely return.

We spent 4 days and 4 nights here as a family of 4 with 2 kids. The place was roomy, comfortable, and surrounded by greenery, with friendly staff and amazing food. It was much nicer than we expected. Mr. Jackson looked after us so well. He cooked custom meals in the kitchen that we all loved, every single time. We wanted Millet based food, so he brought Millet and other things we needed from the Market, all covered in the stay cost. We even took packed food along on our day trips. He also picked Mangoes for us, took us to a Medical facility when we needed one, made sure we had good internet in the Villa, and helped plan each day's trip.
