Mr. Abhishek, the Operations Manager, was especially helpful when we needed to go shopping nearby. He arranged a hotel car for us, and we were very pleased with the service. I'm from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, and want to thank my group for choosing such a wonderful resort. We stayed at The Grand Hotel on December 25th and 26th as a group, and the team gave us excellent help throughout. The housekeeping and cleanliness impressed me, and the pool and surrounding area were spacious. The food was outstanding, and we had no service problems. Thank you, Abhishek Bhai, and best wishes to you and the whole team at The Grand Hotel.

Mr. Faheem Ahmad, Director of Sales, made our stay especially smooth and memorable. He was professional, friendly, attentive to details, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks to Mr. Faheem and the entire team. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend this resort.

Reception and housekeeping were both great, especially Amit ji and Abhishek ji, who made us feel welcome from check-in through check-out. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location was peaceful and quiet. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with modern decor and amenities that all worked properly. Room service was quick, the food was better than expected, and hospitality was warm and attentive. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The jungle safari was thrilling and well organized, a fun adventurous part of the trip. The stay at The Grand was memorable too, with comfortable hospitality and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious food and its wide variety. Faheem, Director of sales, stood out for his professionalism and warm manner. Our stay, meals, and safari all went beyond what we expected. Highly recommend it if you want a mix of luxury and nature.
