We had a superb stay in a clean, refreshing spot outside the city. The breeze was so cooling that even without AC it might have been enough, though the AC is only in the bedroom. The room had a gallery with a view, and was laid out as a hall, bedroom, and kitchen. It came with a hot pot for tea, a microwave, table, chairs, and sofa. The washroom and linen were very clean. There's no food service, so we ordered from outside, and the food was very good. Wonderful place, I'd definitely stay again.

The studio apartment was peaceful, with a pleasant ambience, and the locality was nice. It had all the amenities I needed, which was good for a place that doesn't get many tourists. The receptionist and staff were amazing and gave me great service.

The staff were helpful and well trained. This is a new property, with big, spacious rooms and balconies, though the views aren't anything special. It's away from the main roads and restaurants, so having a car would be better. There are no food options inside the hotel.

We had a Yatra booking voucher, but the hotel still refused to let us check in. The reception staff member was rude and made us wait an hour without even offering water. The manager wasn't friendly either when we tried to contact him. We weren't the only ones facing this problem. The place is a little way off the main road, and there were lots of mosquitoes in the evening. The reception staff's rude behavior needs to be corrected.

The AC didn't cool the room at all, despite it being 43 degrees outside. The manager said he could only fix it in the morning. The main door lock was faulty and wouldn't lock, while the toilet door somehow locked itself. Pathetic, this place should be closed immediately.
