Hotel Atria

The property is well maintained, has good amenities, and my stay was comfortable. But the early check-in conversation at the front desk was disappointing. I understood that checking in early depended on availability and might cost extra, but the staff seemed rigid and unwilling to discuss the request constructively. It felt stubborn rather than service-minded, which I didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. More courtesy and flexibility with reasonable requests would improve the experience. I hope management gives the front desk team more training, since the rest of the hotel has good potential.

Breakfast had lots of variety, and my spotless room had comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful, and housekeeping was friendly and professional. Ms Jayashree and Mr Bharat especially impressed me with their work.

In busy Kolhapur, this felt like a calm, cosy and trustworthy place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and cordial. The hotel’s restaurant serves good Indian flavours with a modern touch.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was outstanding. My room was spotless and very comfortable. At Hotel Atriya in Kolhapur, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. A couple of small things could be better: cleaner mirrors and more hangers in the room.
