Hotel PLR Grand

The food was excellent, with a taste and variety I really enjoyed, and the location was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, so the stay itself was pleasant. But the service was slow, and the concerns I raised weren't properly handled or resolved. I told the receptionist in advance that I might be late checking out because my child was asleep. Her response felt strange and unprofessional instead of polite or understanding. Staff training would help, especially for dealing with customers respectfully and handling issues efficiently. With better service and follow-up, the good location and comfortable stay could make this a much better experience.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the location and service made our trip comfortable and convenient. At PLR Grand, Tirupati, the rooms were beautiful, clean, and well maintained, which made for a relaxing stay. We visit Tirupati every year and have decided this will be our preferred hotel from now on. Highly recommended! 🙌

The location is really convenient, very close to the Tirupati bus stand, and room service had a good range of tasty food. Staff were courteous and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is under renovation and changing its name to Hotel Nivaara, but we still had a very good experience.

We’ve been coming to this hostel for 15 years, but this time we waited over an hour in reception to be greeted and shown our room, and the charges were very high. Please consider returning customers and tell reception staff not to leave guests waiting so long in the lobby for a room. Mr. Ramana was very helpful and engaging with the guest.
