The only thing that needs improvement is the lift to the 5th floor. Otherwise, it was a clean, well maintained, quiet, and peaceful place, with good room service. We stayed for 12 hrs and paid a reasonable amount. It’s near the bus and railway stations, and you can travel anywhere from here. Reception and management were friendly and helpful with directions. For a budget family stay, this is a good option, including as an alternative to Srinivasam. I’d choose it for a peaceful stay.

Good value stay, with plenty of car parking and a well maintained room. Service was good, and TV and Wi-Fi were available. It’s recommended for families, with the bus stop a two-minute walk away and restaurants also within walking distance.

Overall, it was a good stay, and it seems the owner has acted on earlier reviews to improve the service. I hope things get better still, but I may not recommend it to families. The guests next door were drunk and kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Even with the service boy right there, he couldn’t do anything, and they were very irritating.

I left my earbud behind by accident, then called the next day. The staff confirmed they had it and kindly arranged to courier it to me. They were very trustworthy, and I had a pleasant stay.

My family had a disappointing stay. There was fungus on the walls and cockroaches, cleanliness was poor, and the staff responded poorly when we asked to change rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
