We were especially impressed by the food at Hotel Chaitali. The pure vegetarian meals were fresh, tasty and high quality, and the restaurant team was polite and helpful. Try the Lassi, it was a very good experience. Mr. Mane was also extremely helpful and polite, and his professional hospitality made our stay more pleasant. Room service was quick and attentive. Our room was neat, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that suited our family. The experience was excellent from check-in to check-out, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolhapur.

Even on a very busy day in a busy season, the rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was the icing on the cake. I know others may have had negative experiences, but mine was very good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We stopped overnight during a road trip and found the staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Food and service at the attached restaurant were top notch. Being close to both the highway and city attractions made it a good stay option.

We were about 15 minutes late and were refused the complimentary breakfast because it closes exactly at 9:30 AM. We were with kids and senior citizens, so we went out and paid for breakfast ourselves. Plenty of restaurants allow some flexibility, but they wouldn't. Supplies were also scant: no toothpaste, a very small tissue paper, and one 500 ml water bottle for four people over two days. If you have no other option, this could be your last resort.

Tables used by earlier guests were left dirty, with tissue paper and other trash still on them. The staff aren't cleaning the place properly.
