We reached at 10:45 PM, only 15 minutes before the restaurant was due to close, but Mr. Vijay greeted us warmly and made sure we could eat at an easy pace. The team stayed until 11:30 PM to serve us, and nobody made us feel like a bother. The meal was excellent, though the care from the staff stood out even more. We were stopping on a road trip and had kept reception updated because we were running late. They handled the booking and arrival smoothly from the first call. A really lovely place to stay and eat in Kolhapur.

Having plenty of parking made getting around by car easy, and the hotel felt welcoming for both families and business travelers. Our room was clean and well kept, with good value for the price. Breakfast had a tasty range of fresh options. We had a great stay, with good food and friendly service, and I’d recommend Alba Premier Hotel in Kolhapur.

The guest lift wasn’t working, so we ended up taking the staff service lift. The restaurant was pleasant and breakfast there was good. Our room was a decent size, had the basic amenities, and came with hot water all day. There’s plenty of parking, though the lobby is small. The location around it isn’t very pleasant, but the hotel itself was good.

The room was very good and tiny top notch. The buffet was limited, though the quality was good for the tariff, and the hotel is reasonably priced. It sits about 300 m inside from the main road. We were there for two days, and the main lift to the floor wasn’t working. We were told it would be fixed the next day, but it still wasn’t. The alternative was a small, dirty lift apparently used by staff to move things, and that made for a bad experience. For the way the property is run, it needs serious attention.

Nice stay, and the breakfast and food were both good. The only thing that felt a bit expensive was the tea, at 80 rs per cup. Otherwise, it was good.
