The breakfast was the same for all guests, and it was good. The stay was fine apart from the washroom, which urgently needs to be cleaned better. Our IRCTC package included a thali for dinner, but there isn't much else to say. That was our first and last package tour. Never again.
The staff were really helpful, and the wedding function was organized very well. The kids were safe here too. We stayed for almost three nights and four days, and the food was awesome.
We ordered baby corn chili today and got chicken chili instead. None of us had ever eaten non-veg before, and this hotel ruined years of discipline for us. When we called to ask about it, the staff were rude and irresponsible, speaking arrogantly. They even told us to go ahead and file a complaint, as if they had nothing to be ashamed of. What kind of attitude is that? People like this should be kept aside.
We had a comfortable stay. The staff were very polite, and the food was good too.
The prices were on the high side, but the food wasn't good in taste, quality, or quantity. It also took far too long to be served.
