OYO 22827 Hotel Prafulla

The room stay lasted only about three hours, and we spent that time dealing with a serious parking problem. The website said parking was available, but there was no proper facility. The owner told us where to leave the car, then RTO authorities came and towed it. Staff didn’t know the car had been taken, and nobody updated us or tried to help while we waited for almost three hours. In the end, we called the owner ourselves, and he came to the police station to help get the car released. The owners weren’t at the hotel during the incident, and staff were uncooperative when we asked for a refund. They initially refused despite the trouble and our short stay. After many arguments and follow-ups, they agreed to initiate it and said the money would be credited in 3 to 6 days. The whole thing caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. False website information, irresponsible staff, absent management and no customer care. I strongly suggest not booking here.

We paid ₹3000 for one night, and I wouldn’t value this place at even ₹1000. The entrance was shabby and filthy, and the smell of neglect continued inside. Sheets were stained, floors dirty, water supply poor, and the shower barely worked, more like a broken tap. The AC didn’t cool the room, so the stay was unbearable. They gave us a used towel and one tiny soap, with no water bottles or other toiletries. When we complained, we were told only, “Talk to the owner.” No apology or support. Don’t be fooled by the photos or promises, this was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. A waste of money, time and peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Avoid this hellhole.

Everything was good for the stay fee, especially the clean, neat washrooms. Hot water was available and room service was great. We had a small wifi issue, but they fixed it. Very reasonable prices.

I found the hotel really comfortable, and my online booking came with some extra offers. Give it a visit, hope you have a good experience too.
