OYO Flagship 19680 Suman Lodging

The photos are misleading. They show an open front gate, but when we arrived it was shut and we had to enter from the back of the building. The lodge is unfinished and on the second floor. There’s space for a lift, but no lift was ever installed, and the property details don’t make the state of the place clear. The room was poor. We had booked through Agoda with payment on arrival, but the owner said they didn’t deal with Agoda. The manager told us to either pay a higher rate in cash or leave. A terrible experience.

The cleanliness was really poor. Our bedsheets were visibly stained and in awful condition; even the replacement sheet we got after asking was dirty too. The stay was uncomfortable, and the staff weren’t friendly. This is a lodge, not a hotel. They didn’t provide basics like a towel, soap, or toothbrush, and we had to ask before they’d give us the AC and TV remotes. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The sheets and pillows were dirty, and hot water wasn't available until 6 a.m. You had to keep asking again and again just to get any amenities.

There was a complete power cut in the middle of the night, and the staff offered no backup or help. We sat in the dark and heat for hours. That's not what I paid for. The service was very poor and the whole thing was extremely disappointing.
