Sayaji Kolhapur

Komal and Sunil from housekeeping, Senior GSA, were quick to help us in Room No. 406 at Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur. Their warm smiles, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality made the stay very comfortable. I especially appreciated their professional service without expecting or taking a tip. Thanks to them for the wonderful experience.

Breakfast was a real highlight, delicious and with a wide, varied spread for different tastes. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay at Hotel Sayaji, Kolhapur. The one letdown was in-room dining. Food ordered to the room was average compared with the hotel's otherwise high standards. Still, it's a great place to stay in Kolhapur, and I'd recommend it for the service, breakfast, and comfortable rooms.

My family and I spent two days in Room No. 409 at Sayaji Kolhapur, and it was a comfortable, pleasant stay. Ms. Komal and Mr. Swapnil helped us with all the services we needed throughout the visit. Their excellent support made things even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel's location is a real strength, with major attractions, shopping, and other points of interest easy to reach. Still, my stay was only satisfactory and felt underwhelming for one of Kolhapur's bigger, better-known properties. The rooms were a reasonable size and had basic amenities, but lacked the refinement I'd expect, and upkeep and cleanliness need work. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had limited, repetitive choices, with average food at best. More variety and attention to freshness would help. Some staff were courteous, but they could be more polite and attentive. A warmer, more proactive approach would improve the stay. The pool is nicely located, but needs better maintenance. In particular, the changing rooms weren't up to standard for hygiene or convenience. The hotel has potential with its location and infrastructure, but service, facilities, and food quality need noticeable improvement. It was an average stay, not a superb one.
