The staff were decent, but the kitchen was a complete letdown. The food was zero, and there were so many mosquitoes that sleeping was impossible. Asking to change rooms only got me another one with even more mosquitoes. I haven't seen a hotel this terrible in my life. It isn't worth even ₹1000.

We really enjoyed staying here. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and our room was both spacious and spotless.

Staff throughout the hotel were very nice, and the chef cooks delicious food. All kinds of food are available, and the rooms are nice, though a bit small. Amenities are average, and there's no swimming pool. Airport City Hotel is near Kolkata Airport and welcomes international guests. Dakshineswar Kali Temple is 10 kilometers away. Dum Dum is the nearest local railway station, while Sealdah is the nearest major one.

I arrived at midnight and found no toilet roll in the washroom. The AC was set to 16 degrees, its lowest setting, but still didn't cool the room. In the morning the shower wasn't working properly and the water pressure was low. The bidet sprayer was rusty too.

I was here for six days for official training. The manager is a good gentleman, and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The food was good too. I had a good experience overall.
