The hotel is bad, the staff service is very bad, and their behaviour is very bad too.

The staff were polite and helpful, but that couldn’t make up for the terrible state of the property. Tobacco stains covered the walls, and basic facilities were missing. The TV had been removed, there was no geyser, the shower didn’t work, and switches were broken. The flush and toilet seat were damaged and stained too. Broken POP and furniture made the place feel badly neglected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had to switch rooms at 4 a.m. because the air conditioning in ours wasn't working at all. We had booked for three people, but management never provided the extra mattress. They also said outside drinks weren't allowed, so we bought beer at the bar. One bottle was still fully sealed but contained only half the amount of beer, which made the place feel seriously shady.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and happy to help. Service was good too. The downside is that some bathrooms don't drain properly, so water can collect on the floor. It seems to affect only certain rooms, not all of them.
