Ranjan's careful follow-up on our requests made us feel looked after throughout the stay. He was polite and professional from arrival, and kept checking that service was prompt and our needs were met. The check-in went smoothly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and maintained well. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Thanks to Ranjan for the hospitality and management.

Mr. Ranjan was the strongest part of our stay. He kept responding promptly to our concerns and tried to arrange what we asked for. I'd rate his service 5 out of 5. The rest of the experience was satisfactory, though the price felt high for what we got. The bedsheets were worn, mosquitoes were a real problem, and the property seemed short-staffed, slowing service. Laundry cost extra, although similar places usually include it in the rent. Housekeeping came every other day, and the blankets did not seem to be washed after guests left. The staff were polite and courteous. Olive Homes might suit bachelors, but I wouldn't call it the best choice for families, especially with children. My overall rating would be 3 out of 5.

When I'm in Kolkata, I don't want to stay anywhere else. The room's location, furnishings, and cleanliness all feel just right, and it never feels like I'm away from home. Mr. Ranjan, the Manager/Caretaker, is a perfect gentleman; the way he welcomes me always makes me want to return. Best wishes to everyone at Olive Apartment.

We were in a bind looking for somewhere to stay, and Ranjan and the team made things easy and made us feel at home. We spent 10 days at Olive Apartments with our pet. The place was spacious and well maintained, in a prime Salt Lake location, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. We could also order meals. Everyone was kind, helpful, and polite. Ranjan, the manager, was especially courteous and available whenever we needed him. Highly recommend.
