Collection O 72654 Balaji Guest House

It's located on Mukundapur main road, almost opposite aditya birla Sankara netralaya. The rooms are well decorated and start from 1200. They provide room service within a proper time frame. Many guests are patients and their relatives, along with some other visitors. It's good.

The rooms and facilities are decent, but my room was changed without telling me and I was temporarily put somewhere else. Call reception first to make sure your room is available. The food ordering service was very slow, so I didn't have a good stay overall.

The staff were so rude when we didn't order food from the hotel that they even refused to give us plates. They also treated us terribly when we decided to leave a day earlier than planned, and communicating with them was difficult because they just gave blank looks throughout our stay. Food is expensive, with tea at 50 and a boiled egg at 130. You have to bargain over the room rate just to get a room.

The management staff's behavior offended me. They aren't suited to service work. There was no food service, no attendant around during the day, and cleanliness was nonexistent. You could find a range of better quality hotels within your budget at mukundapur market.
