The only possible plus was the parking, which seemed a little safe, though I can't be sure. The rooms were awful, with cigarette smell, and the bathroom wasn't clean. They charged 1500 rupees for 12 hours, which felt like getting cheated. Please don't go.

It’s a handy place to stay if you have work around BKC and South Mumbai, and the rates are budget friendly. I found the staff friendly and helpful, with great service. The rooms are well built and have what you need to work or relax. It could suit someone looking to isolate themselves and be more productive.

I visited today and it wasn't worth it. There were lots of cockroaches in the rooms, and the bathroom was untidy. The TV didn't work, and I had a lot of problems during my stay. Everything was awful. Please don't visit this Hotel Royal Comfort.

The staff and management are cooperative, and the service is good. My family and relatives like staying here too. When I come to Mumbai, I stay at this hotel every time. It feels like my second home in Mumbai, and I've had a very good experience here.
