I booked ahead on the Oyo app and paid the stated amount, then arrived around 4 am. The staff were good and put me in a conference room. At 9, they assigned me a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When it was time to pay, the app showed a much higher amount than my original booking. Be careful.

The place is in awful condition, and it seems to have been changed into a different hotel. They’re charging more, too. This hotel isn’t here as described. Don’t go.

For us, there wasn’t a single negative to mention. It’s close to Kolkata Railway Station and Belgachia Metro station, costs less than other places, and the staff were cooperative and gave excellent service. They call it a 2-star hotel, but with those facilities and service, I’d rate it 4+ stars. It also worked well for families and senior citizens. Excellent experience.

Right opposite Belgachia tram depot, the hotel is in a good spot and easy to reach. The staff were very polite and helpful.
