The location made getting to restaurants, shops, and major sights easy, and the hotel stayed quiet despite being so close to everything. I also liked the fresh breakfast, and the staff were warm and helpful. By the second day they remembered my name, which felt personal. For the price, the room was a pleasant surprise: clean, modern, roomy, and with a bed I slept better in than at home. I’d happily stay again, whether I’m traveling for work or a break.
2/10
The mattresses were rock hard, and the rooms felt like a cramped old guest house. There’s barely any storage: just a tiny shoe-rack-sized almirah, with nowhere to hang clothes. Lighting is limited to one harsh light that hurts your eyes if you try to lie down with it on. There’s no kitchen, and they charge for drinking water. Hot water wasn’t available at all, even when I was willing to pay for it. Keep the late-night gate in mind too. If you leave or come back after 11 PM, it’s locked, and nobody is at reception to help.

I felt safe and comfortable here. The staff are professional, well trained, and always willing to help. Best wishes to everyone, I’ll be back.

The location is a real plus, but the rooms are tiny and not properly equipped. Service can be very slow. If you call, though, they will bring what you need and help out. Bottled water isn’t complimentary.

The location is hard to beat, right beside Biswa Bangla gate. Our room was spacious, the washroom was clean, and the staff behaved well. The restaurant they’re tied up with served good food. Nice stay overall 🙂
