The bed was comfortable enough to take away the day's tiredness, and the rooms were luxurious, well maintained, and had modern amenities. Cleanliness throughout the property was commendable. The staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming, taking care of our needs from check-in through check-out. Their hospitality really touched us. Our stay at the Diamond Plaza Hotel was wonderful, with a world-class feel to the overall atmosphere.
The rooms are good, but the way we were treated ruined the visit. The person at reception was extremely rude. When we asked who the manager was, he said he was the owner, and his name is Nakul Maiti. His manner was disrespectful and unprofessional, and he clearly doesn't know how to speak to guests. Very poor hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it.
They first refused to honor my online booking, then wanted extra money to make a booking on the spot. They behaved like goons. There are other hotels around that are quite good.
A budget-friendly hotel, with a good interior and spacious rooms.
