The pool water looked murky and the fitness room had broken machines with very little equipment, far from what the website suggested. I also found the restaurant disappointing: few choices, mediocre food, and prices that felt excessive. My room was dirty and dated, with worn carpets and old furniture. The bathroom was in especially bad shape, with moldy tiles, a clogged drain, and weak shower pressure. Noise came through the thin walls constantly, from hallway conversations and slamming doors to maintenance work at night. Service at the desk was just as poor. The staff were rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and couldn't give reliable information about the facilities or nearby attractions. From the moment I arrived, the place felt below standard. I had a disastrous stay at [Hotel Name] and wouldn't recommend it.
