I had to check out after only three hours because the rooms were so small and dirty, and the owner didn't seem to care about cleaning them. The check-in was ridiculous too, with an extra 2000 to pay. These cheap, greedy hotels charge one amount in the app, then ask for more when you arrive. It was a very bad stay, and the reception staff weren't professional. Find another hotel.

The owner wouldn't answer calls for directions, even though my dad was close by and kept calling. There are other fab hotels around there too, so he needed help finding this one. I booked it for two days, but they kept the prepaid amount and wouldn't refund it. A complete waste of money, with pathetic management. Don't book this botel or you'll regret it.

We made a group booking on behalf of TATA MOTORS. Check-in was smooth and room service was excellent. Services were available late at night too. Booking through FAB HOTELS is fine, but please don't pay in advance. Always pay at the hotel.

Fabhotel and the property owner seem to have different rules. They wouldn't let me check in after 10 pm, even though I told them my flight was delayed. They didn't listen. It was a scary situation as a solo traveler, and I was saved by an Uber driver. Plan properly.

The friendly, helpful people here, especially the owners, made my stay delightful. The property is well maintained too. Whenever I visit Kolkata, I make sure to stay here. Thank you PREMIUM PROPERTIES. 🥰
