Fabhotel Airport Green Arcade

I booked a double bed, but they pushed two twin beds together, and I slept uncomfortably. The rooms were unclean, with stains on the mattress and towels, and the restrooms had a strange smell. Now the managers are contacting me to ask for a good review. I’ll only tell the truth.

When a truck passed by the hotel, it felt like the whole building might collapse. The room was incredibly dusty and set off my allergies, but the service ignored our requests to have it cleaned. Such a horrible experience. Please think twice before booking.

The AC was there like a showpiece, the floor was dirty, and the washroom was worse than a public toilet. The sheets were torn, and the lift took ages to reach any floor. The receptionist was rude, and the room was barely four walls. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d give less than one star if I could, but I have to rate it to submit feedback.

The staff weren’t cooperative, and they didn’t provide the complimentary breakfast I’d been charged for. They said they had to get it from outside and that I needed to pay extra. Please don’t book this place at any cost.
