Fabexpress Ullash Residency

We had a terrible stay. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, the toilets hadn't been cleaned beforehand, and the blankets had blood stains. They also cancelled our pre-booking ID, which meant we couldn't leave a review on my booking website.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel itself is nice, though the room is a little small. The bathroom was so unclean that, for the 1600 to 1700 we paid, it felt more like a 400-per-day room. Food choices are limited to what they have there, with no menu to order from. Otherwise, you'll need to go out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Fabexpress has very poor service, and I wouldn't recommend it. Their customer center never picks up when you call for help with an existing booking. My room was underground, had no window, and felt suffocating; the rooms are very dirty too. When you ask to cancel, they tell you to wait at least 24 hours and don't care where you spend the night. I wish I could give zero stars. In the attached photo, the Fab express team told me it was okay for the room to be underground, the outside area covered in trash, and the bathroom dirty, as long as the bed was clean.

This isn't suitable for corporate office people, and the owner should take a serious look. The rooms and toilet were filthy, with alcohol bottles, cigarettes, and dust everywhere, including under the bed. The bedsheets weren't clean or changed. The AC only made noise and didn't work. The kitchen and refrigerator were in awful shape, and the food menu was very limited, especially for vegetarians. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, mosquitoes were in the gallery, and the toilet looked like a public one, with leakage and spider webs all over.
