I lost some money after the manager told me to cancel online and pay in cash. He asked for more than what I'd already paid online and wasn't professional. He did the same thing with another guest who paid online. Guest house owner, please look into it. Please call the guest and check fir poor on this date.

When I tried to check in, they said they didn't accept online bookings from platforms like Oyo or MakeMyTrip. The options they gave me were to pay 1000 extra for the room or leave.

Very bad experience. The hotel also refused Oyo service and took Rs 400 extra. Fraud no 1.

For two people, the rooms were impeccable, and room service was great. The booking was confirmed in the blink of an eye.

It's a place for couples who just need a room for their special moments. The staff don't know the service, the place isn't clean, and it's too out side.
