The replacement room was in awful shape: the AC didn't work, the bed was unclean, and the bathroom was in bad condition. Before that, I'd paid in full for a confirmed booking, only to be told at check-in that there were no rooms. Customer care kept hanging up when I called, leaving me stuck for nearly two hours. Then I got a message saying the hotel had been changed. The whole ordeal from 9 PM until 11:30 PM was incredibly stressful. A very bad experience.

I couldn't sleep through the night because mosquitoes came in through the broken window glass. The room also had broken glass in the bathroom window. The bed was in poor condition, and the AC, geyser, and TV weren't working. For the room rate, the facilities and condition need to improve. I wasn't satisfied with the stay.

The room I got was in very poor condition and nothing like what the website showed. It was dirty, the bed and sheets hadn't been cleaned, there was no hot water, and the locking system was poor.

What a waste of money. The bathroom was filthy, housekeeping was awful, and the bed was broken. Even the curtains were just tied to wires.

I paid at 3 pm and was told the room was still being cleaned. I asked them to have it ready before 4 because I was in a hurry to unpack, but there still wasn't a room for me after 4, so I had to leave. Nobody even seemed to notice me going. I asked Fab hotels for a refund and only got it after repeatedly requesting a proper investigation.
