The hotel was dirty, and the price was high. I also had a strange delay with dinner: I ordered chicken, dal, and rice at 9:30 pm, but it didn’t arrive until around midnight, when I was checking out. They still talked about tips afterward. The airport taxi drivers seem closely connected to the hotel and bring guests straight there, then split the money. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Don’t go, it wasted my money.

Traffic noise and vibrations made it hard to rest here. The hotel sits right beside a busy highway, and the whole building shakes when large vehicles pass. Inside, the toilets were filthy and the rooms had bed bugs and cockroaches. The rooms also looked very different from the online photos, which I found misleading. I’m disappointed Fab Hotels recommends this property when it falls short on basic cleanliness and comfort. I’d choose somewhere else.

For ₹1113, I expected a usable bathroom, but the drain was open and water ran out through a pipe. It smelled foul, and the geyser didn’t work, so we couldn’t even take a bath. The room itself hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, the blanket was dirty and smelly, and one side of the window was missing, leaving the room open to outside all night. The AC also didn’t work, and there was no water service. The only amenity was a tiny 2g soap. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and nothing about the stay was satisfactory. One of my worst hotel experiences.

I had prepaid for two days, but I’d advise against booking here. The food is overpriced, for example egg noodles cost Rs.200, though they get them from nearby restaurants for Rs 60/-. Room service was another problem: there’s no proactive service, and you have to beg for it. The employees are unprofessional and bad-mouthed. The rooms smell mouldy, apparently covered up with wallpaper, and there’s no pest control, so expect cockroaches if you stay.
