The building is old and needs renovation, though it didn't really affect my stay. The location was convenient, very close to Quest mall and restaurants. I stayed one night and loved it. I'd booked and paid for a room at Quest hotel, but when I arrived they said they had the booking but we have vacant room. That was weird. A guy walked me to Rock Star Suites. I don't remember the name of the curly-haired guy at reception, but he was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate his help. ❤

The rooms we were given looked nothing like the photos, and there was no real service. Even the lift gave me a sense of how bad the hotel was. I wouldn’t book here.

The room was spacious and cozy, and we were moved up to a higher category, which was a nice gesture. Check-in was easy and the staff were polite and helpful. The place could use more cleaning, though, and the in-room dining prices seemed high for the quality. It’s near Park Circus 7 Point, which worked well for us. We had a good stay and would visit again soon. Thanks for the great service. Regards, Sibaji

Ants were all over the room and bathroom, and the room wasn’t clean. A really bad experience.

The water supply wasn’t reliable, and room service was very poor. It didn’t feel suitable for families, only adults.
