I recently stayed at Bandhan residency with my family and had a horrible experience with the service and staff behavior. The staff were unprofessional and arrogant, and it felt like they were scamming customers. Food was included in the bill, but they wouldn't provide it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's close to Charnock hospital and the airport, and the food is good. The service guys are good overall, and the hotel seems reliable. I stayed five days ago and was impressed, then came back four days later and found cleanliness issues. It looked like cigarette ash was scattered around, and there was ash-like dust all over the bathroom. I'm sure they would have cleaned it straight away if I'd told them.

I stayed for three days and had a good experience overall. Just be aware there's no place to eat at the hotel, so you have to get food from outside.

The price was a little high, but the service and facilities made it worth it. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I'd definitely recommend it if you value cleanliness, friendly service and quality.

A really shady place, with staff who behaved very badly.
