OYO 80089 Muskaans Guest House

We went as a family and everyone liked the stay. The room had enough space, service was quick and friendly, and the price was easy on the pocket. Other locations were easy to reach too. A nice place overall.

I booked through OYO because I had work nearby, but the room I got wasn't the one shown in the app. It was about 6feet×6feet, and I only checked in because I was already running late. The whole place smelled strange, so you needed room freshener all the time. There was no bathroom kit, and after I reminded them, they gave me one small soap. No drinking water was provided. A little rain flooded the room. The owner wouldn't give me another one, so I checked out early, at 9am, two hours before OYO's 11am checkout. Staff were commonly rude. I want to give this guest house negative stars. Why is OYO still listing it?

The rooms are tiny and have no windows, and the toilet is shared. Wooden boards separate the rooms, so there's very little privacy.

The beds were good, but the rooms were small and the lights too dim. There was no water from the shower, and the washroom door was faulty and only locked when left closed. Cheap rates seem to come with weak rooms and service. I hope they clean the rooms and fix these problems.
