Mayfair Residency By OYO Rooms

Food orders cost twice what they should, and the so-called complimentary breakfast is charged at Rs100 per person. They won't accept online or card payment, only cash. They also pressure guests to leave a 5-star rating in the Oyo app. It was a very bad experience, and I won't book here again.

A Gurdwara has been in this building for 65 years, serving people of all castes and creeds with free food and daily services. The owners are making things difficult for its visitors. They stopped the water supply during a service and stopped Langar from being cooked there. Please support the Gurdwara and don't stay at the hotel here.

This could suit someone looking for a budget hotel near Ballygunje, but I wouldn't recommend the food because it was very expensive. I also had trouble checking in at first. They said the amount paid through OYO was too low, though the issue was eventually resolved.

The rooms are excellent, but they charge extra for different rooms and keep asking you to switch rooms. They also keep calling to ask for good ratings.
