A horrible stay, with staff who seemed confused and dishonest. Worst experience. I’d be better off staying at one of the hotels beside it.

The manager was extremely rude, and the place wasn’t clean. Breakfast was part of my booking, but they charged me for it. The TV and AC didn’t work, and neither did the room door. I don’t know how they run the hotel without proper management. It didn’t feel safe for women or children. Please don’t choose this hotel at any cost. It’s the worst hotel in Kolkata.

The front rooms are very good, and the hotel is quiet, with no noise. I stay there whenever I go. Compared with Navi Town, it’s a very good hotel. Some staff may be a bit confused because it’s new.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The hotel has modern facilities and a picturesque setting, with staff who really stood out. We had a fantastic, almost perfect stay and will definitely come back.
