The staff's behavior was humiliating, and they made me feel as if I had no choice but to stay there. The bathroom was very dirty and had hardly any room to bathe properly. They also keep your original adhar card until checkout. After 10PM the gates are shut, so if you happen to get back late with your partner, you have to knock on the main door repeatedly before a staff member comes to open it. Based on my experience, please don't visit this hotel.

The staff are very rude, and it's much too expensive for a 3 star hotel.

I booked the room for just 4 hours, but the staff were horrible. They insisted on hard copies and wouldn't accept soft copies, then asked for four or five other documents even though that wasn't mentioned anywhere. They kept calling us before checkout, wouldn't let me take more than one piece of luggage, and asked for more documents under the SIR policy. No other hotel has asked me for so much. The worst experience.

The way the staff treated me made this a miserable stay. They were rude and unprofessional, and when I needed help, they argued instead. They acted like guests didn't matter, and there was no hospitality at all. I won't come back or recommend the hotel.
