There’s no lift or guest parking, and they charged me more than the online rate. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. I had to switch rooms because there was a rat in the bathroom, and the other rooms I checked had either a dirty bed or bathroom, or an AC that didn’t cool. Check the sheets and pillowcases before paying, since stains may be hidden by turning them over, then staff say they’re washed regularly. I wouldn’t recommend this for families. Staff said the owner has several businesses, so rarely checks on the property, and they feel free to take advantage of that.

The place is hard to find, though Google Maps helped, and there isn’t a view from the room. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room was neat, and staff were attentive. Food was homely and portions were good, plus there’s free WiFi. For a family trip, you can book the whole place, which can fit 25-30 people.

I stayed here for an interview at SRFTII, since it’s nearby. The hotel is tucked inside near EM bypass road, survey park, so a signboard would make it easier to spot. Rooms are cozy and come with a small dining table, TV, AC, towels, and complimentary items. Breakfast is an optional free offering of two breads, corn flakes, and bananas. Outside food isn’t allowed, but their own menu is decent. Staff were quick and mostly courteous. A decent budget stay.

The area is residential and peaceful, and the stay is affordable without being too far from the city. The room was nicely decorated, though a bit damp when we visited. Management responded quickly, but finding the place is confusing and Google Maps makes it worse. The self kitchen has limited food choices, so ordering online may be better.
