Staff were dismissive and unprofessional when I brought up problems, which made a bad stay worse. The room was unhygienic and poorly maintained from check-in, the bathroom basics weren't working properly, and cleanliness had clearly been neglected. It felt uncomfortable and unsafe. For what it costs and what you'd expect, the hotel delivers nothing. I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid if comfort and basic hygiene matter to you. There are much better options.

The price is affordable and the staff were polite, so I gave it 3 stars. But the rooms need serious attention: the sheets had burn marks, the bathroom fittings were dirty and rusty, and maintenance overall was poor. I didn't expect luxury at this price, but basic cleanliness should be better.

The staff and receptionist were rude and uncooperative, and I'd suggest avoiding this hotel. The taps and toilet flush were broken or didn't work properly. The room and washroom looked as if they hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. The bedsheets were dirty and full of bed bugs. After I complained several times, they eventually changed the sheets, but the bed bugs still kept me from getting any sleep.

The location and service were good, and the room was good too. It seems suitable for a long stay and for bachelors, business travelers, and families. I'd suggest people visit this hotel.

I was comfortable during my stay, and the restaurant food was very delicious. The staff behaved well too.
