They take the full payment first without checking whether the room is in order. Ours had a broken bathroom lock, a leaking AC, and a TV that never worked. The receptionist was careless and wouldn't deal with problems. Whenever I booked a cheaper room, I was told it wasn't available and steered toward a more expensive one. At night he even asked us for our table so he could give it to another guest. Very unprofessional, and not recommended.

The room smelled bad, was dirty, and had roaches. I was also told the hotel lets guests bring girls and provides rooms for illegal activities there. That's deeply concerning and unprofessional. The money issue was just as bad: Aditya took ₹10,000 from me, then refused to return it when I asked. Even though I'd already booked a room, Puneet, the receptionist, told me to move to another hotel for one night. When I requested a refund, they said they wouldn't give it back. I've filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and expect an investigation and a full resolution.

I arrived for early check-in after booking through OYO, where the listed price was ₹633. I understood that OYO's policy might add a 0-30% fee, and was fine with that, but the staff said the total would be ₹1,000. They then canceled my OYO reservation and handled everything themselves. A really bad experience. Never visit this place.

They moved me to a different hotel in their chain, quite a distance away, and the breakfast included in my original booking wasn't provided there. I had booked a particular room, but when I arrived they said it had been given to someone else and was no longer available. The owner first agreed to pay for the taxi to the other location, then went back on that promise. It was deeply disappointing that they didn't honor what they'd committed to or provide the services booked. I'd advise future guests to be cautious.
