Amrita, Diybendu, and Mousomi made my stay smooth and comfortable. They were polite, attentive, and ready to help, and their warm approach and professionalism really stood out. We were three friends staying at Howard Johnson and had a really great time. The front office staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Amrita, Diybendu, and Mousomi for their kind support and warm behavior. We appreciated their helpfulness and politeness, and we'd definitely love to visit again.

The food was good, but this was my worst experience. I traveled with my son from Malaysia and had requested twin beds in advance. We were disappointed on arrival, then managed to get a twin-bed room the next day, only to be disappointed again. The lane leading to the hotel was pathetic. The washrooms were too small and smelly, the TV didn't work, and the window gave no proper view. The bed's headrest was worn. This wasn't suitable for a family, and overall it was a bad stay.

Mampi from housekeeping was especially sweet, kind, and helpful, and her warm attitude made the stay better. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful too. My room at Howard Johnson by Wyndham was clean, cozy, and well maintained. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The junior suite had a very good size and an appealing layout, and check-in and checkout were smooth thanks to Dibyendu and Amrita. Breakfast was okay for both the spread and taste, and the two-night stay was comfortable. A few things could be improved: linen quality needs attention, the a la carte menu could be better, and the deluxe rooms should improve after the complete renovation this year.
