OYO 29707 Hotel Gwalior Pride

I came for two nights but left the next day. The place was just pathetic. If you think staying on the footpath would be better, stay there instead. I hope you understand what I mean. I’m surprised OYO lets them use its name.

The bathroom had no lights or working door lock, and neither the fan nor the lift worked. There were beer bottles outside our room, dirty sheets on the beds, and the whole room smelled of whiskey. Room service was horrible. It was the worst experience ever.

There was garbage right by the hotel, and the location was bad. The mattresses were filthy, and basic things like towels, blankets, and a dustbin weren’t available. There was no water in the bathroom either, and the staff acted like thugs. A pathetic experience.

Booked this place for relatives and it was a terrible experience. The staff behaved very badly and the maintenance was poor. Ghatiya jagah stay karne ke liye. I’d never come back. Why does OYO let them keep using its name?
