The rooms were clean, and both the rooms and service were fine. What let me down was that they wouldn't provide an iron when I asked, and the WiFi was so slow it didn't work for me at all. The bedsheet had a few light stains, and the hotel's name board outside was hard to notice.

I found the rooms extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell. The bathroom and bedsheets hadn't been cleaned properly. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. A very disappointing stay.

Nothing felt premium apart from the rent. The lift wasn't working during our stay, which meant climbing three floors every time. The bedsheets seemed to be reused without being cleaned, and there was rubbish in the room's bin left by the previous guest. I wasn't very happy with how the vet was.

The staff were decent and well mannered, and the food was great. Good rooms too, overall a great experience 👍 😃

The room only had a bed and a washroom, with no chair or anything else. The customer service wasn't nice, and neither was the lift. A cup of tea cost almost 80 rupees when I asked for one.
