Nx Hotel

The breakfast was lavish, and the food menus and buffets were splendid and extensive. Staff were hospitable and prompt, with great hospitality and a lovely ambience. It's an amazing value for money hotel, well appointed with updated technology.

The late checkout payment was ₹2000 inclusive of GST, but I wasn't given an invoice at the time. After I sent my details through the restaurant staff, they said they hadn't received them. I followed up and sent them again, and they finally issued an invoice without GST. When I asked for a corrected GST invoice, they refused, and the staff became rude and argumentative. I'd told reception in advance that I needed a late checkout and was quoted ₹2500 inclusive of GST, yet the information wasn't passed along internally. I got several calls pressuring me to leave, even though I'd just come back after working late and needed rest, and I had to check out earlier than planned. The restaurant service was very slow, and staff struggled with basic English, which made communication difficult. Reception staff were grumpy and unwelcoming from the start, with little basic courtesy. Poor coordination and communication made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic service standards.

The food arrived cold, there were no soft drinks, and the salad counter stayed empty until we asked about it. When naan wasn't available, the staff rudely told us to eat something else. Their response to our concerns was aggressive, with hostile looks and an unhelpful attitude. The service and hospitality were unacceptable. Based on this experience, I'd strongly advise against visiting or holding family or corporate events here.

The lounge has a beautiful view. The food is good, and the place is very nice.
