Beyond Stay Mahua Tola Tadoba

The people running this place are what make it special, more than room size or amenities. Mr. Vicky, the property manager, was approachable and helpful. The food was tasty and always served with care. There’s parking for 6-7 cars, possibly more, and safari pick-up and drop-off from the property may be available for a charge. Since nearby food options may be limited, it’s better to book a room with all meals. We travelled all the way from Bangalore, and our car was filthy by the time we arrived. We only asked if someone could splash some water on it, but they cleaned it properly. After every safari, we were welcomed at the entrance with a warm, wet towel, and breakfast was packed before our morning departures. On our last day, they surprised us with a free upgrade from Deluxe to super deluxe. Those gestures will stay in our memories. Thanks to everyone for making the stay lovely.

Away from city lights, the night sky was so clear we saw loads of stars and even rare fireflies. From my balcony, I could look over endless trees and hear birds throughout the day. The setting felt close to nature, and the last few kilometers of road through fields were bumpy, as can happen near wildlife areas. That rough stretch added to the feeling of being off the grid, and the peace and greenery were well worth it. I stayed at this lovely property in Mahua Tola in February while visiting the nearby Tadoba wildlife sanctuary. The rooms were great, and the hospitality was what really stood out. Deepesh, Manish, and Vicky took care of every detail and made us feel at home. I’d highly recommend it to wildlife lovers.

The food was full of flavour and absolutely delicious. I still wonder how they make it so good each time, maybe it’s the love they put into it. Our family had a great time, including a lovely swim in the pool. The rooms were comfortable, full of natural light, and had beautiful views of nature. Vicky, the manager, made the stay memorable. Dipesh and Aakash were always nearby and ready to help. Highly recommended.

The rooms were big, clean, and well equipped, and the meals were scrumptious, with warm chapatis at the table. They packed us a whole breakfast picnic box for our 4:30 am departure, and food was available at all times. Mr. Vicky, Mr. Manish, Mr. Deepesh, Mr. Nilesh, Mr. Karan, and the rest of the staff were welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and checking if we needed anything. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was wonderful, with wet towels, a welcome drink, and food. Mr. Vicky personally called before our stay to arrange things for us. I’d recommend this property to anyone staying in tadoba.
