Customer service was terrible. The faculty member was somewhat arrogant, and the staff weren't cooperative. We stayed one day and ran into a problem at checkout because of a total strike in Colva. Nobody explained the terms and conditions to us. I paid 2100 per night for a non-AC room. It felt like a hotel only interested in money. A waste of time and money.

The location is great, and things were satisfactory during our 24-hour stay. The staff came across as arrogant, though, much like the manager, who wasn't friendly. When we asked to stay just a couple more hours and pay for that time, they refused and wanted to charge us for another full day. That lack of flexibility was disappointing and left a bad impression.

We came across this place while walking along Colva Beach and booked all three rooms. Every room and washroom was clean. It's hard to believe the place is 35 years old. Strongly recommend it.

The Colva beach is only a two-minute walk away, and Vincy Beach Resort is a very good spot for staying by the beach. It's a budget hotel with a great position. The rooms were shiny, the staff in both service and management were nice and cooperative, and the AC worked well. Facilities included TV, AC, sea-facing rooms, a newly renovated swimming pool, and taxis on call. We were a little upset that some guests jumped into the pool without proper swimming suits or showering first. Management should explain that at check-in. It would also be very good if there were wifi. Still, it's a beautiful place to stay at Colva beach.
