Fabhotel Shakti Palace

The in-house bar and restaurant had good food and a relaxed vibe, a nice place to unwind after a long day. I found the staff friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere around the hotel was amicable. My room in Ponda was spacious, with all the essential amenities, so the stay was very comfortable. A great place to stay in Ponda.

I paid a good amount, but the stay didn't feel good at all. There was no receptionist available during my stay, calls from the room went unanswered, and nobody offered the breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary. When I left, the only person around was the housekeeping lady. I wrote “POOR SERVICE” and my check-out time in the register. Very, very poor service. Don't choose this hotel even if they offer a discount.

The restaurant's fine dining and the staff's excellent service stood out. The rooms were cozy, and the food was tasty. The one thing that bothered me was a leaking health faucet. Best wishes to the team.

The Deluxe room is quite small, while the Executive room is spacious. There's no elevator, but parking for a few vehicles is available and we got a spot. The hotel is conveniently located in Ponda, just 3 km from Shantadurga temple, and there's a beautiful Balaji idol at the entrance. Breakfast choices are limited and the food was just ok. Fine for a short stay.
