The staff were rude. I have a bad cough and asked for hot water, but they refused and said I had to enter the room first. I'd already paid for the booking online. I'm a smoker, so I asked for a room with a balcony or an opening window. They just said, "aapko yeh room Lena hai to lo warna go somewhere else"

Once he woke up, staff member Moloy Chatterjee was kind and nice. But I arrived around 1.45 am, and despite frantic repeated knocks and calls, they were soundly asleep. I didn't get in until 3.30am. The geyser didn't work, and the bedsheet showed the history of past activity. This place is a sham under the OYO name. They host unmarried couples, so maybe it suits one with only one thing on their mind. Otherwise, definitely avoid it.

The atmosphere is really good, and the room is good value for money. Cleaning was okay, though not great. The staff behaviour was very good, and they were helpful. Thanks for the service.

The hotel's location is really good, and the rooms are large and very nice. The washrooms weren't clean, though, and I was disappointed with breakfast.
