The TV didn’t work, and when we told the staff, they said they already knew it was damaged. The Wi-Fi was very weak too. At check-in, the entrance and reception room were full of rubbish, and the bedsheet was torn. There was no ashtray, and the staff weren’t friendly at all.

The building looks decent from outside, but once you enter, the experience is very bad. The reception staff were rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. They first put us in a room on the terrace. We ordered egg rice for lunch after being told over the phone it cost Rs.80, but they charged us 336. Very disappointing.

I booked through Treebo, and even though the reservation was paid and confirmed, the hotel refused to accommodate us. There’s no hotel name displayed, and the property is in a residential area. It’s such a cheap, pathetic place. I met several guests there who were having a nightmare too.

The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms and staff are good. But the AC won’t cool properly and can’t be set below 27. The toilet is a few steps away from the bedroom, and they serve drinking water in a dirty bottle.

The locality is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are polite and helpful. It’s an okay place.
