The guest house is really close to RN Tagore hospital, which is useful if you have family members there. Rooms and washrooms are clean, and there's a lift for elderly people. The service was great too, with staff who were very responsive.
During my CABG surgery last year and the post-operative appointments at RN Tagore Hospital, my family stayed at Aashray Guest House. The staff were warm, welcoming, and understanding of what we were going through. Their extra support made a stressful time much easier for all of us. My family had a peaceful place to rest, with rooms that were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I'm grateful for the care they showed, and highly recommend Aashray Guest House to anyone visiting Kolkata, especially if they need a compassionate and reliable place to stay.
The staff members were cooperative and polite, and the rooms are available at reasonable rates. They're on the small side, though. R N tagore ( Narayana ) hospital kolkata is about 100-200m away.
It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The owner and caretaker behaved very badly. I forgot my laptop charger, but he told me nothing had been left there. How is that possible? Please be careful if you decide to stay.
The room has a corporate look, and the price is quite reasonable. Rabindranath Tagore Hospital is within walking distance.
