The location is handy, just behind the Acropolis Mall, and so far this is the best OYO room we've had. The rooms are extremely clean and decorated really well, and the AC worked properly. We did have a TV issue, but it was fixed quickly. Simply amazing!

Rooms were very clean, and it's a good place for couples or other guests. They include tea or coffee with a complimentary breakfast of maggie or bread omelette. Booking through OYO kept the room cheap. Mine was just 699 bucks, which is pretty amazing.

The room size is why I'd give it four stars, though the furniture is new and the bathrooms are good. The location is excellent for visa purposes, with VFS only 400 M away, just behind the acropolis mall. Taxis and all amenities are nearby. I did take off a star for the hotel's amenities.

The floor felt a bit sticky, but everything else was very fine. It's an awesome place for visitors with a high budget. In the bathroom, opening all the different showers and taps can be an adventure.

I stayed for four days and requested a GST bill. They finally agreed, but at checkout they refused to provide it and insisted on a normal bill for 2000/day. They said a GST bill would mean an extra GST payment. The reception attendant was named Rohit. I may not visit this hotel again.
